Welcoming 2022 with US President Joe Biden and the National Democratic Committee

US President Joe Biden Welcomes New Year 2022

PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN

From Democratic National Headquarters

430 South Capitol Street SE

Washington, DC 20003

1-877-336-7200

     Dear Julie Ann:

We are greeting 2022 in a moment of extraordinary possibility.

We have a chance to continue to bring about necessary change in our country. A chance to create good jobs and send our children to good schools. To ensure people have access to affordable housing, clean air, clean water, and the opportunity to get ahead. To level the playing field to ensure the wealthiest and corporations pay their fair share and working families get a chance to succeed and prosper in this country.

We can only bring about change if we work together.

And in 2022, one thing is clear. We have more work to do which is why I am calling on you today. The results of this Novemberś midterm elections will determine what we are able to achieve moving forward.

Julie Ann, we have a lot of work ahead of us. I am sure you remember 2010 and 2014. In those midterms, despite having a Democrat in the White House, Democrats lost seats in the House and Senate and the progress President Obama and I were fighting for became even harder to achieve. This November, losing just one seat in the Senate means losing our slim majority and could put our plans to build back better in jeopardy.

But I know we can make history. This moment is a critical time for the Democratic Party. Having resources early means every dollar stretches farther-allowing our Party to build infrastructure in every state and support Democratic candidates running for office in every ZIP code. The DNC is working tirelessly on our Partyś priorities so that we can hold our Democratic majorities and elect Democrats to office at every level...and thatś why we need you.

As a valued member of the DNC, I want to hear from you! You have been selected to participate in the attached Official 2022 Biden Presidential Survey. I am asking you to take just five minutes, while this survey is right in front of you, to answer the questions as candidly, completely, and promptly as possible, and return this survey to the DNC within the next 30 days.

Julie Ann, after you complete the survey, please help us support Democratic candidates running for all levels of office, invest resources in every ZIP code, and register more voters than ever before with a special gift of $20, $30, $40, or more today.

  Page Two

Every day between now and Election Day, the Democratic National Committee is working round the clock to hold and expand our majorities by electing more Democrats who will fight for everyday Americans. But the DNC cannot do it without your support.

Thatś why I am asking for your continued support to help the DNC to elect leaders who share our Democratic values-at the national, state, and local levels.

You know as well as I do how high the stakes are this year and winning in November won happen without a lot of work. By making special gift today, your support will help the DNC to:

  • Organize and build power in every ZIP code: The DNC has committed to playing a bigger role in the midterm elections than ever before, because no state is a red state if we invest early enough. The DNC is not an organization that only shows up in the weeks before an election. They are on the ground now, listening and addressing the needs of Americans in every corner of the country. Your investment will allow the DNC to place organizing and communications staff in critical 2022 electoral targets, many of which will also lay a vital foundation for 2024.
  • Support State Parties: Your investment will support the DNCś historic $23 million agreement with the Association of State Democratic Committees to ensure that Democratic state parties have the resources they need to not only elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2022, but also have the tools to develop innovative programs to reach voters.
  • Protect Voting Rights: Across the country, Republican officials are laser focused on one thing-making it harder for Americans to vote. The DNC is investing $25 million into our I Will Vote initiative, a campaign that dramatically expands our investments in voter education, protection, registration, and technology, which is critical to ensuring that every eligible Americanś voice is heard and vote is counted-no matter what Republicans launch against the right to vote.
So please take a moment to complete and return your Official 2022 Biden Presidential Survey within the next 30 days. And please accept my sincere thanks for your continued support of the DNC by including your special gift today.

Thank you in advance for completing the enclosed survey and for your generous donation to the Democratic National Committee. There has never been anything we have not been able to do when we have done it together.

Thank you so much for your continued support.

With gratitude,

Signed-
Joe Biden
President of the United States

  1. Wikipedia reports on the 2010 US gubernatorial elections, including Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of New York whose Democratic New York State poll standing forced Gov. David Patterson from the race. Another wiki article (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_United _States_elections) is startling in attributing the Democratic mid-term losses in part to President Obamaś well known (Patient Protection and) Affordable Care Act. The ACAś central provision of individual payment mandate, considered central to universal health care coverage, was reversed by the US Supreme Court. However, ACA indirectly resulted in the US state health care exchanges which allows for provider choice and plan choices in health care. Julie Ann Racino, ASPA, HHSA, 2017-2018

  2. The address and telephone number above is the same as for Tom Perez, who served as Chair of the Democratic National Committee under President Obama (confirmed). As an earlier DNC campaign in the US, Tom Perez introduced our CEO Seema Nanda describing the investments in the new DNC that comes from the 10 initiatives that will carry our candidates to victory. Seema was Tomś chief of staff at the US Department of Labor and came from the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Tom continued that Seema is a briliant strategist with exactly the kind of experience we need to harness the grassroots energy and enthusiasm among progressives that is surging throughout the country. That is how the DNC was revitalized to play in every zip code, every race, and every election. The communication was to Julie Ann (facebook style), no date on letter, regarding November 6th victory, and signed by Tom Perez. 3. Julie Ann Racino continued her membership in the Democratic National Committee in 2022 under the Biden-Harris Administration in Washington, DC while residing in Republican-controlled city of Rome, NY and county of Oneida, NY. Jamie Harrison, new DNC Chair, states in his letter: I know we can continue to win at every level in every state. If we invest in years of work supporting grassrooots organizing, state parties, and our Partyś data and technology, we can win in places previously though unwinnable by Democrats. With your help, we can ensure we have the funds to continue to build our critical voter outreach efforts, remain prepared for special elections and runoffs, and continue to innovate and optimize our data infrastructure to support Democratic campaigns up and down the ballot--work that takes years to do. These are all essential to continuing to win in 2022 and beyond, but we could not do it without committed donors like you. I also ask that you consider giving a monthly donation by joining the DNC Grassroots Partners, a group of our most loyal and reliable supporters. As a Grassroot Partner, you will provide an essential and dependable source of funding to support our winning programs. Whatever you are able to give, I thank you again for your steadfast commitment to electing Democrats. That is virtually 6 weeks prior meeting of Biden, Hochul and Adams in New York City reported this week prior to the NYS Democratic Committee and the gubernatorial nominations of February 17, 2022 (voters in June 2022). 4. US Senator Charles Schumer, US Senate Majority Leader, is seeking his fifth term as NYS Senator in 2022; he is expected to win and preside over another US Senate Democratic Majority during the US Biden Administration. He spoke at the NYS Democratic Convention this morning according to Spectrum 10 News. In California, Democrats need to replace the seat of Sen. Kamala Harris (now VP), consider whether Sen. Dianne Feinstein will run at age 80, affirm the position of Georgiaś Sen. Rev. Ralph Warnock and Arizonaś Sen. Mark Kelly, support Sen. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and Sen. Catherine Cortez-Masto of Nevada, Sen. Ron Wyden in Oregon and Sen. Richard Blumenthal in Connecticut, among other contests (e.g., open seat in Ohio; expected tilt to the Democrats in North Carolina). US Senate women still on bipartisanship between the parties (e.g., Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, NY-D with Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska), while US House of Representatives to Trump anti-Democratic positions. Sen. Chuck Schumer (who needs to hold the US Senate majority) has opposed Republican Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, while Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of NY continues in a bipartisan US Senate womenś caucus (the 1980s!). Julie Ann Racino, National Democratic Party, 2022

    1. The (US) Senate Majority PAC President is J. B. Poersch and donations to Sen. Charles (Chuck) Schumer's campaign with the PAC will be tripled if sent by March 15, 2022. PACs are major fund raising groups which are registered, but not charitable contributions under federal law. The website is: www.SenateMajority.com/StopTheTakeover2022 US Senator Schumer's letter warns against Trump's next coup attempt. Fact #2: If they take the Senate in 2022, they'll steal the White House in 2024. A Republican Party in full control of Congress may have the power to do exactly what the January 6 rioters wanted: throw out the results of a presidential election and declare Donald Trump the winner against the will of the American people. And that's exactly what they are planning to do in 2024.
Schumer agrees with The Atlantic that We face a serious risk that American democracy as we know it will come to an end in 2024. In the meantime, US President Joe Biden indicated to White House Press corps that he intends to run again in 2024, and will do so with his VP pick Kamala Harris. Tonight, President Joe Biden will address the Nation in his first State of the Union of his first 4 years in office. Julie Ann Racino, National Democratic Party, 2022
