Background Information: New Age Arriving in the 21st Century of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, with community programs now often funded by Home and Community-Based Services Medicaid Waivers. Long-term services and supports (LTSS) are  categorized in the fields, and are part of both aging and disability fields (e.g., American Association of Retired Persons, 2012, Consortium of Citizens with Disabilities, 2012). 


Original Community Support and Systems Change course can also be offered  for online certificate as part of a package of 20 courses available for development.
