  1. A paralegal is a highly trained legal assistant, who helps lawyers with legal research, case and client management, and trial preparation. While the majority of paralegals work in a law firm, there is a good number of freelance paralegals who contract out their services to law firms. To learn more at:-licensed paralegal services

    1. Paralegals are an extension of an aide system for the Schools of Law in the US (e.g., teacher's aide for a school teacher) as opposed to the Schools of Public Administration and Public Policy. typically, the profession engages in research or administrative work for an attorney or judge and is educated in "their way of thinking".

  2. Hiring a lawyer can be an expensive prospect, especially when you are strapped for cash. However, you should not despair as there is another alternative. You can always opt for prepaid legal services.

    1. The attorneys in general do not engage in assuring that public administrators adhere to civil rights procedures, a central and key concern when working with "protected classes" in the US. Similar are employers whose oversight again is the judicial (which did not have the civil rights ADA on their checklists to address, 2012) not the public administration system from the public policy schools. It is very common for public administrators to "exit" on public administration and the law, as in keeping a law as their own (e.g., emminent domain) and enforcing it with their own police or credit systems.
